That is equally true for big decisions – to finally start the business you’ve been dreaming about, to emigrate, to commit to a new relationship – as for those seemingly small moments when you say “no” to somebody, you sit an exam or you simply show up with your feelings and needs.
We often lack the courage to go for the things we want because we assume that our wishes cannot come true or that we will face rejection for living them. Then, we may give up on our dreams, or do things halfway and lack clarity.
Physically, we will build up habitual tensions, get used to unhealthy positions or get weaker.
