A great adventure indeed: I coach groups on topics that are crucial in all our lives. This combines going through your personal learning process with the energy of many people having a similar intention, and the chance to learn from each other or see that you’re not alone with your struggles.
My workshops include bodywork – guided attention practices, relaxation, breathing and movement exercises – as well as thinking, discussions and sometimes writing. They give you an intense, possibly transformative experience while creating clarity and giving you threads to follow in everyday life afterwards. You will also get exercises that you can use to train and continue what we did together.
The workshops are usually based on the Grinberg Method (grinbergmethod.com) but often include other tools (e. g. communication or movement exercises from other disciplines) as well.

In this collaboration with Victor Garcia, we combine cognitive tools and innovative thinking with body awareness. This is an extremely efficient, but also humane and organic way of fostering change processes, which I’m very happy to offer both to companies and private individuals.
